This film will show the GI Joe team comes into conflict with Zartan, Storm Shadow and Firefly all who serve under the newly released Cobra Commander. Zartan (last seen in posing as the President of the United States) frames all the GI Joe cooperatives as a traitor and wipes out most of them in a sneak attack, leaving only the Roadblock, Snake Eyes, Flint, and Lady Jaye.
